If you are planning to build a home, this is the right mortgage for you. We offer construction financing with both the Fixed and the Adjustable Rate Mortgage. Our construction mortgage gives you up to twelve months to complete your home. While under construction, the bank will release funds as certain phases of your home are completed. During this construction period, interest only payments are due monthly. Once complete, your loan converts to a permanent loan for the remaining term.
