Rheo A. Brouillard is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of SI Financial Group, Inc., Savings Institute Bank and Trust Company and SI Bancorp, MHC. He was first elected as President and a Director of the Bank in 1995.

Mr. Brouillard has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from Western New England College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from American International College.

He serves as President of the Community Foundation of the Tri-County Area and of the Northeastern Connecticut Community Development Corporation. He is a Director of Infinex Financial Group and the Vantis Life Insurance Company. Mr. Brouillard also serves as a Director of a number of non profit organizations. Brian J. Hull is Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of SI Financial Group, Inc., Savings Institute Bank and Trust Company and SI Bancorp, MHC. He first joined the Bank as Chief Financial Officer in 1997 and was elected Executive Vice President in 2001.

Mr. Hull has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry after beginning his career with Price Waterhouse as an auditor. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Economics from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. He obtained his Certified Public Accounting certification in 1986 and completed the Executive Development Program at the Center for Financial Studies at Fairfield University in 1997.

He is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Accounting Issues Committee of the American Community Bankers. He is a Director of Saint Paul School and a number of other non profit organizations.
